I am very happy with my choice to use Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Jack came out to assess my situation, clearly explained my options, and worked with me to schedule a return with appropriate parts and help. Jack came back with James, and together they quickly cleared the drain out to the sewer and installed a whole new faucet system in the fiberglass shower. Preston came right out with 30 minutes of us calling the main office and he diagnosed the issue - NEW Water Heater since ours had a crack. Since it was later in the day he had to do the removal and install the next morning. Preston was at my house early the next day, @ 7:30 am with a new water heater and all the parts, a great attitude and ready to go! I had a tub faucet that would keep running when you shut it off. I was going to try to replace it myself but don’t know about plumbing. I called Ben Franklin and was sure it would be 2-3 days before they could send anyone. They dispatched a technician within an hour! I was grateful how efficiently they handled my call and got my problem taken care of. Thank you
