WOW! 1st Choice Mechanical has over exceeded my expectations every time. The service is amazing! Excellent service! Called at midnight Friday (a/c out, Saturday's forecast was 113°), tech was at my house at 7 am Saturday. Hayden explained the problem, researched and applied my warranty, completed repair, did a tune-up, and made suggestions for better performance and maintenance. Completed all this in under 2 hours. 1st choice mechanical is such a great company! From the beginning to the end of the experience is so streamlined. We just moved into a new home and noticed our ac wasn’t working properly and I stumbled across this business and loved that it wasn’t a huge corporation because I love supporting local businesses. They answer the call right away and are so friendly and responsive. They show up on time and send a text / call letting you know they are on their way. They assess the issue and then follow through with scheduling (their scheduling team is amazing as well and super nice). Their customer service is top notch and I couldn’t recommend them more!
