My A/C stopped working on Fourth of July. I reached out to this company because they had good reviews. They (Tim) got back to me right away even though it was a holiday. They were able to schedule a tech for the next morning! The tech (Jake) arrived on time and was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable. He fixed the problem pretty fast and made some recommendations since my unit is older. I'm very happy to report he did not pressure me or try to oversell me, which is very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend this company and would hire them again.
Was quoted 19k for a new unit. 1st call I made to a competitor for a second opinion was $7800. 1st choice called me the next day to follow up. I told them their price was too high. They then offered to drop the price to $10500. I declined. If they would have quoted $10500 to begin with and not tried to gouge me I would have hired them. Because of their attempted price gouging I went with king mechanical and got my unit replaced for $7800. Service: HVAC system repair
I highly recommend 1st Choice Mechanic. They provided a quote the same day I called and started the job the next day. Incredibly affordable and knowledgeable. Very professional installers and they were able to install my entire HVAC system in less than 8 hours! I appreciated their communication as far as scheduling, time frame. They provided photos of your technician so you know who to expect. I have already recommended them to friends.
