Custom Plumbing of Arizona - The Drain Whisperers

This company is very shady with no integrity. The plumber recommended a restoration company for a “leak”. They wanted to rip out all our bathrooms and bill the insurance. Thankfully we saw the reviews that the company they refer to are notorious for this and using completely inexperienced contractors. When I told custom plumbing I didn’t want to go ahead with ripping apart our bathrooms, they then lied to me telling me I need a whole new water heater when it’s only a few years old.

I love Custom Plumbing of AZ! Found them on Thumbtack & they have been a go-to for issues around the house. It amazes me how FAST they always are to get someone out!! The call staff is so nice & the techs have always been very helpful and fun to chat with. Best experience so far with a home service. Thank you!!

Our service technician, Daniel, was outstanding! Daniel immediately diagnosed the issue with our water heater, and drafted multiple service options for us to choose from. He worked for hours communicating with his managers to get us the best price, including a military discount. We had multiple companies come out to evaluate the issue, and Daniel made sure his company beat every price. He even went above and beyond providing us with a prompt invoice to provide to our home warranty company. After selecting the tankless water heater option, Daniel had us scheduled for install within 2 days. He completed the work himself, and even had his manager come out for final review and programming. We are so impressed with Daniel and his team at Custom Plumbing of Arizona LLC. We highly recommend this company, and will be using them for all future plumbing needs.
