Rachel went above and beyond for me this morning. She was friendly, personable, very professional, very informative and just outstanding all around. The company should be very grateful to have an employee like Rachel on staff. Received a call back from Drew less than an hour after my call to Rachel to set up an appointment for tomorrow. Drew stated he will keep in touch if anything opens up. Drew was friendly, organized and professional. He is a great employee as well. Amazing communication so far all the way around. Day & Night has been incredible and I’m thankful we found them. Their prices are competitive - they won’t be the cheapest, nor most expensive, but the level of service they offer is unmatched and will keep me using them forever. We’ve had a few Day & Night techs out to service our AC unit over the years and all of them have been very professional and punctual. Most recently, we had Travis out to our house, his attention to detail and willingness to problem solve was huge. He found the root cause of our cooling issues and made sure to monitor the system to make sure it cooled properly after his diagnosis. We’ve worked with other companies in the past whose techs didn’t bother to do the level of inspection and troubleshooting that he did and we inevitably end up paying for it in the long run.
