My air conditioner went out during a 114 degree day. I called Day and Night and they scheduled me for the next day. The tech, Greg, was amazing. He was so kind and polite and efficiently identified and repaired the problem. When I called the office to request service Rachel was so friendly and professional. She got me squeezed into their schedule while we were still on the phone. I spoke to Maia prior to this call and she was wonderful too. I highly recommend this company and am so thankful to have been referred to them by my neighbor, who has used their service for many years.
