Helped to resolve a water emergency and took care of a major pipe leak, replaced all old pipes and stayed late into the evening to ensure completion. Rapid response from this company and all technicians involved provided excellent explanation of work needed and the installer Danny provided information throughout the repair process. Technician Danny Ybarra was amazing and did great clean work. He is accountable for his work and I would highly recommend. Kitchen sink was backing up. I tried fixing my self with my own snake. They came down unclogged it with ease. Even put a camera down there to show me what the issue was. Made feel real confident that the issue was resolved.
Called a few companies and hardly anyone services on Sunday’s but thankfully Rooter is a 24/7 company and was able to help our family dealing with a backed up drain. Jose Diaz was our technician and he was nice, professional, and informative.
