Fastest response ever! Needed a water heater replaced on Labor Day, called that day, and they were here same day for quote and install. Jose from Rooter Hero was my tech and he was very informative on the install, gave much confidence towards the job! Jose recognized my Veteran status and discounted the service and couldn't have been a better deal. I'll use them again in the future!
Called a few companies and hardly anyone services on Sunday’s but thankfully Rooter is a 24/7 company and was able to help our family dealing with a backed up drain. Jose Diaz was our technician and he was nice, professional, and informative.
Peter arrived early for an emergency call on a Saturday night to clean the drains in the kitchen sink and repair a toilet. He as professional, friendly, and very efficient. Both issues were resolved within 30 minutes with very reasonable charges. His preventive advice for keeping the drains clean is very helpful! Highly recommend him for any service. He also was very kind to my elderly mother who lives in the home. Really special. Services: Toilet repair, Drain cleaning
