One Stop Heating and Cooling

We hired One Stop about a year ago for maintenance and were thoroughly satisfied with their services, so we had them come by again for another job, and were met with the same great service. JJ and Luis (I think I am spelling those right, pardon if not) did a wonderful job and were great about being professional and on time. August in Arizona is a bear as it is with the heat outside but when you a/c stops working at 5:10pm and it's steadily rising past 80 degrees it turns into a nightmare. One stop was the only one that answered the call after 5pm and within 25 minutes Damien showed up at my door! Angel in disguise! He was so friendly and careful with everything. Polite and knowledgeable on all things A/C. He fixed the issue fast and even gave me pointers on how best to care for my system to help prolong it's life. I appreciate him sharing this knowledge with me and for being so kind and professional throughout his visit! One Stop Heating & Cooling really saved the day! We have had this company for a couple of years and will continue to use them. Not once have we had an issue with them. Our technician today was Damien Dominguez.
