Desert Diamond Air Cooling & Heating

Desert Diamond was great to work with. I was greeted promptly during my initial call. The gal on the phone scheduled me in a timely manner. I am so grateful for the quick scheduling. I received text message updates on my service call. Frisco was my tech. He was super friendly and got the job done. He was knowledgeable and provided good information. He made sure to ask if I had any questions before he left. I am so glad he was able to fix my mini split bc it's been so hot recently. I totally recommend Desert Diamond.

I would highly recommend Joel who came out to our house today. Very helpful & knowledgeable. He was honest and upfront around everything & explained it to me clearly. All round very friendly & worked fast. He only just joined this firm so his boss needs to know they have got an awesome employee! I would recommend to friends & family. DO NOT BUY HERE!!! I am writing this review to share my experience with Desert Diamond! From start to finish this has been the WORST EXPERIENCE I was originally quoted a price that I thought was fair! the equipment that I was quoted for at the price ended up not being available. Shortly after I was quoted the same price for something less of value. After finding this out I did my research and was able to find multiple companies that were able to meet my needs and get the equipment that Desert Diamond had promised. Once I found out I was getting taken advantage of I was able to get in touch with the General manager . He told me to go ahead and cancel but I will be charged a %10 restocking fee for the equipment that they had cut for me which over $1,000. after I told him I was in the 3 day cancellation period he told me he would cancel and I wouldn't be charged. Shortly after he called back and told me that I would be taken care of. He told me he would get the AC installed for the origin
