Desert Diamond Air Cooling & Heating

DO NOT BUY HERE!!! I am writing this review to share my experience with Desert Diamond! From start to finish this has been the WORST EXPERIENCE I was originally quoted a price that I thought was fair! the equipment that I was quoted for at the price ended up not being available. Shortly after I was quoted the same price for something less of value. After finding this out I did my research and was able to find multiple companies that were able to meet my needs and get the equipment that Desert Diamond had promised. Once I found out I was getting taken advantage of I was able to get in touch with the General manager . He told me to go ahead and cancel but I will be charged a %10 restocking fee for the equipment that they had cut for me which over $1,000. after I told him I was in the 3 day cancellation period he told me he would cancel and I wouldn't be charged. Shortly after he called back and told me that I would be taken care of. He told me he would get the AC installed for the origin

Frisco did an excellent job, very through he came out and took his time to check out absolutely everything, we had one other company come to check it out and the other company took maybe an hour to check it out said it needed something completely different than what Frisco had found after spending several hours just to see if he could fix the ac without having to come back to put new parts. Frisco does everything in his power to save you from a costly repair. Honest, hard working guy absolutely trust in his diagnosis. Phenomenal work Frisco you are the man. Ask for Frisco to come check out your ac before you spend substantial money on new equipment. He will tell you exactly what you need with several different options to save you the most on time and money . Great job Frisco you need a raise. Service: HVAC system repair

This company was 100% professioal and courtious throughout the services they provided. They had open communication with us and when there was a problem they were quick to let us know what alternatives were available. Hayden was the tech that came out to help us and he was awesome. He provided us with great information on how to maintain and care for our ac unit and he worked diligently to get our ac back into working order. My husband and i recommend this company to anyone that needs an ac repair!
