Klein Heating and cooling technician did an amazing job for me. He explained all my options in detail and completed the work in a timely manner. He was very professional in his demeanor and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone with AC issued.
Just had Klein Heating and cooling technician come out to fix our AC unit. So glad he was able to do it on a Sunday and last minute! He gave us 30 minute notice when he was heading over. He was on time, honest, fast and efficient. Thank you for giving us cold air in this 90 degree weather!!! Highly recommend!
After my water heater went out, I called my warranty and they arranged a service call with Klein Heating and cooling. Had a technician in my house within 3 days and a replacement water heater within 2 days. I can’t say how grateful I am!! With the cold weather approaching, no more cold showers. Technicians were very professional and quick. The whole process was extremely fast from start to finish and very convenient. Definitely making Klein Heating and cooling my service provider from now on.
