I am very pleased with the advice Klein Heating and cooling technician gave me. I never met him and only messaged him for a quote. My AC has not been working for 2 weeks now. And weather is hot like heck! Instead of him coming over and charging me a huge bill, he gave us a couple tips for free. My AC now works! I appreciate the honesty and integrity that he has. I don't feel like a customer that was being hustled for money. I will be sure to use this company in the future for when my AC decides to not work anymore altogether.
Just had Klein Heating and cooling technician come out to fix our AC unit. So glad he was able to do it on a Sunday and last minute! He gave us 30 minute notice when he was heading over. He was on time, honest, fast and efficient. Thank you for giving us cold air in this 90 degree weather!!! Highly recommend!
