Klein Heating and cooling has the perfect name. Their customer service is excellent. Their plumbers are knowledgeable and professional, and prices are fair. I trust them. I had called another local plumbing company who came and took pictures, but I never heard from them again. I assume they were not up to the task. It is unusual to get good customer service any more. Called Klein Heating and cooling about an AC system draining out of the emergency drain and within 1/2 hour their technician was at my residence. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He diagnosed the problem, and made the necessary repair. It is refreshing to find a business that emphasizes customer service and satisfaction.
