Kendra got me scheduled for a tech to clear my condensate line for the following day (non-emergency) but was called back within 30 minutes of scheduling for them to tell me they had a tech available that day, expediting my services and getting me taken care of much sooner! I will continue to recommend this business to my customers and anyone I know who is looking for anything A/C-related. Satisfied with their speedy service.
North Valley saved the day when I was vacationing in remote Alaska, during which my house sitter reported that the AC had gone out. They got to my house as soon as possible (the next morning) and immediately diagnosed and fixed the issue (blown capacitor). And, they coordinated with my home warranty company. We came home to a cool house.
I spoke with the on-site tech, Joe, over the phone and he was extremely professional, patient, and helpful. He walked me through the steps to install my Ecobee smart thermostat - it works perfectly! I will be using North Valley Mechanical for all my HVAC needs going forward if that’s the level of customer care they always provide
