Patrick was my service technician and was extremely professional and shared all the information with me. He worked quickly and made the adjustment to get me air till a new unit could be installed. I just had a tune-up done for two AC units, and Scott did a great job. He was very thorough, took his time, and explained all the steps he was doing, which I really appreciate. Champion is definitely a professional company with good employees. When i need routine AC, or heater, service again, I will request Scott. Service: A/C system maintenance
