Patrick was my service technician and was extremely professional and shared all the information with me. He worked quickly and made the adjustment to get me air till a new unit could be installed. We were expecting a maintenance service, but Patrick found that our 2006 unit was beyond that. In a highly professional manner, Patrick explained, with photos, the condition of our unit. It was obvious that we need a new AC. Patrick expeditiously took care of all the needed preliminaries, and arranged for installation of our new Lennox AC to be installed tomorrow! He also worked hard to give us the very best financial terms. Based on our experience today, we feel blessed to have had Patrick as our new technician, and have full confidence that we will be pleased with our new air conditioner. Patrick is clearly a HUGE asset for Champion Air, and we look forward to years of great service and fair prices. Too bad, we couldn't give Patrick 10 stars!! Service: A/C system maintenance

Patrick Horohoe was the service tech who arrived after calling us on the phone to alert us of the expected arrival time.
