In January 2023, we had the underlay material replaced on our concrete tile roof. We got a few bids, and chose Irish Roofing. John was very prompt, clearly answered all questions and presented a detailed proposal. The cost estimate was very fair and competitive. The work was done in a thorough & professional manner. Two small roof panels fell down off my roof and had this company put them back up as well as a roof inspection on my small townhome. The worker was done in 5 minutes and charged $500 dollars. That’s $100 a minute to put two panels back in place and highly doubt they did a complete inspection and feel taken advantage of. The worker had no answers for me and called the owner with no response. Still have not heard back from this company. Would like to see how they justified a cost of $500 for 5 minutes.
