We are very pleased with Mission Restoration. Pearce Baker is the man. He explained the process when filing a claim. He also kept in continued contact and answered all our questions (even those some may have thought were silly). They took all the proactive measures to protecting the surround area (including vegetation). Pearce worked with both field and office insurance adjusters. Our new roof looks amazing. We had a great experience with Mission Restoration. After the summer wind storms had knocked many of the tiles off of our roof, Hunter and his team took great care of us. We never had to replace a roof prior to this and he was always available to walk us through the steps. His team was timely and efficient and left the area very clean afterwards. We are happy with the roofing options we had to choose from and the education provided along the way!
They hired a roof in company that showed up on their own. 1 day did my roof. Only to find out they put the wrong color on. One of the supervisors said it was the owner's decision. Well if I had been asked, I would have said but no communication. Then they fired the guy that I made the contract with. And told me I owed more money. When The job is not complete, my roof lakes. They bent the metal frame on the roof broke my kitchen light. And they send me a bill for more money, unbelievable.
