Not only were they able to get a tech out on the same day but they were able to provide a quick quote. Once the quote was approved the fix only took a few hours to be completed. They were even able to get the repair completed in a way that allowed us to open our business and function as normal with no disruption. A couple of years ago Merit diagnosed and repaired our sewer drainage problems very quickly and professionally. We then had them line our pipes, which was also completed very efficiently and professionally. In February, 2023, we had another plumbing backup issue, so we again called Merit and they promptly responded and diagnosed the problem. Chris and Mike are very professional, fair and honest to work with. Merit did not charge us for the recent problem, because it was related to the previous issue. In February, we had an unexpected leak in our main water shut off valve. Was calling around, getting quotes. Merit Plumbing was very responsive, scheduling us in for a next-day, early appointment. They arrived right on time and got the job done quickly, which allowed us to feel relief the rest of the day. Will call them again the next time we have a plumbing issue!
