Plumbing & A/C Medic

These guys are awesome. Wish I knew about them before. Took a flyer as I had an issue on a Saturday and they were out within a couple of hours, while other bigger known names were closed and wouldn't respond to schedule a time until their office opened on Monday. Very friendly and outgoing. Eddie and Edwin were amazing.

I would highly recommend A/C air conditioning. We had a new A/C unit put in and it was installed on a Tuesday and they were at our house for 13 hours. But there was a defective part so they replaced it but the unit still wouldn’t work. They brought us portable units the next day. (Thank goodness) We had great communication with Curt one of the managers and Eric sales rep and all of their air specialists. I want to especially give a shout out to Gilbert and Mike who spent many many hours and days in our attic (also on a Saturday) trying to figure out what was going on. Finally a new part was installed on the Monday and it was successful. Six days of misery on all parts but finally cool bliss right before 109 degrees outside!!

The whole team at Plumbing & A/C Medic is wonderful! I have used them a few times in the past and they have always been reliable and done good work. Most recently, I called on a Saturday since the valve to shut off my water under the sink snapped off in my hands and water started spraying everywhere. They were incredibly friendly on the phone and got Jason H. to come out to assist me. I don't recall the exact response time, but I recall it was faster than I expected. Jason did an amazing job getting both my valves replaced and also installing the new faucet I had intended to do myself. After watching how much effort it took, I was so glad I ended up not tackling that whole thing on my own. Jason was very friendly and answered all my questions.
