I would highly recommend A/C air conditioning. We had a new A/C unit put in and it was installed on a Tuesday and they were at our house for 13 hours. But there was a defective part so they replaced it but the unit still wouldn’t work. They brought us portable units the next day. (Thank goodness) We had great communication with Curt one of the managers and Eric sales rep and all of their air specialists. I want to especially give a shout out to Gilbert and Mike who spent many many hours and days in our attic (also on a Saturday) trying to figure out what was going on. Finally a new part was installed on the Monday and it was successful. Six days of misery on all parts but finally cool bliss right before 109 degrees outside!!

In spite of this busy, summer AC repair season my service was provided in a reasonable timeframe and communication was excellent. John, the technician, is knowledgeable and a pleasure to have in the home. Fixed my problem quickly and easily without any unnecessary repair. It been hot in the Valley of the Sun this year. We contact A/C Medic on Monday because our ac unit was throwing a code over the weekend and was not cooling properly. They were very up front and level set expectations, that they could not get out that day, but hoping for Tuesday, pending emergencies. I get it, if someone calls and they do not have ac, that has to be a priority. They kept me informed via text and phone calls and we were slotted in on Wednesday. Gilbert, our technician was friend, thorough, methodical, a true professional. He diagnosed the problem, fixed it and performed our bi-annual maintenance, which we were scheduled for anyway.
