After they completed work on the roof I received a letter from my HOA telling me that the trim around the roof was not painted the original color and we needed to get that corrected. I reached out to Sampson and I could tell in his tone of voice he didn’t like what I was asking him.since they had taken the old trim off and replaced with new why didn’t they paint it before replacing and if they weren’t going to do it why didn’t they tell me? He told me he did and I said No you didn’t, he wanted to argue with me . He then proceeded to tell me that it was in my contract that they don’t PAINT! He told me he could send someone out but I would have to buy the paint and give them a tip when finished! Well he himself came out today 4/21/23 and was in a foul mood and did a terrible job! He didn’t finish and there was paint splattered all over the house wall and the paint job it self had streaks very poor work.
