Ken Baker is the “real deal”! When our old ac unit started acting nasty, no other tech wanted to sort out what was wrong. But Ken did!! Typically all I hope for is no surprises. The only surprise turned out to be friendly knowledgeable service. Rare these days. Ken identified and tackled my AC issue, then was off to help another. I’d recommend them for honest service.
