Baker Heating and Cooling

I am sure that there are a number of excellent A/C service operations out there however WE need to look no further. Baker Heating and Cooling has checked all of the boxes following completion of work on a very hot yesterday. Our daughter had used them in her own home at the recommendation of her neighbor. I pass that recommendation on to you! Among the many positives I could say about Baker H&C, of particular note was their obvious operational efficiency. Easy appointments on their ap, strong coordination between Corina in the office and Ken in the field, obvious care for their customers and quality of work. Communication was top notch. Response better than expected. Honesty was without question. Baker Heating and Cooling is a keeper!

Prompt, affordable & honest service. Excellent customer service, too. As the 2nd owner, since December ‘21, we inherited original, outdated AC and furnace systems. In December ‘22, we went with energy efficient heat pumps. We just had our downstairs original 3rd mini-split unit go out. Ken came out two days ago and determined it was the motor. He suggested a more efficient heat pump. Today, 7/13, new heat pump was installed and is working great in my mother-in-law’s room. We highly recommended Baker Heating & Cooling . Service: Install AC
