Dyer Electric

I had an electrician come to my house for a dryer/washer outlet install. While experiencing problems with my electric I called for a different electrician to come to install additional outlets when he pulled the circuit breaker out (I was right next to him when he did) that was installed by Dyer Electric I saw that the circuit breaker he used was defective, rusted screws, water damage, and the connecting end cracked and damaged leaving me to believe that the damage was the reason it was replaced in a different job. I will never use Dyer electric again because an electrician should know that a damaged breaker can damage my whole panel. Shame on Dwight! Shame on him for charging me $247.00 for damaged goods and when I called the office four months later to complain, she states, "if you had a problem, you should have called back and we would have sent someone back out to change the breaker". Really? Did you really think I'd use you again after such a crappy job the first time around.

Top notch, customer first service! From the office manager to the estimator to the electricians, every one of them was courteous, hard-working and professional. I called 5 electrical company and they were the ONLY one to come to my house to give a quote (which was helpful with a few unique items to our old house). When there was a scheduling hiccup with the utility company, the foreman stayed 2 hours late after the workday ended to see it through. Our home is much safer thanks to their careful work! I’ve found our electrician for any future work. No reason to look around this small business is the best!

I used Dyer Electric for some post inspection repairs on the home ???? we are selling. The new home owners required we use a license / bonded / and insured electrician. For smaller jobs we haven’t always done that. Craig was great—he explained what he did and walked me through everything. Very good work done, professional, on-time, and all the issues were resolved to our satisfaction and I am certain to those of the new homeowners. I will be using them in the future.
