I have had several interactions with Stephen Greenwood and each time was beyond superior customer service! The response time is amazing (leave a message and you will be called within 30 minutes on average!) and he will arrive as soon as he can. I have not had to wait 2-3 days, etc. for a tech to arrive - ever! (as with other companies). There is NO pressure for an upsell and he is honest with what is needed. When I had both my AC units recently replaced the installation team was beyond professional. The refuse on my front lawn was honestly comical, but once the disposal team arrived you would never had known the lawn had looked like a junk yard (lol). If I could give Greenwood Air a ten star rating, I would. I don't usually leave reviews, but this company is one that I highly recommend! Thanks Stephen and team for a wonderful experience. I unfortunately was assigned this awful company thru my home warranty. Our AC had been out almost a week before they could even get us scheduled. Luckily it was not super hot yet and my young toddler and infant were not over heated. When they finally did arrive, they showed up with dirty shoes, no uniform and very unprofessional. Before even fully looking at the unit they tried to pass blame on electrical and told me to call an electrician. After he did his job he did find it was not electrical and a compressor that he would need to replace. After telling my husband it can take 1 week to 1 month for this to get submitted and resolved my husband was upset and said that it cannot take a month and that he would work with the warranty company. The tech was very rude and defensive and said that is not how it worked. He said he would submit the report with the information but instead canceled the appointment without telling us what was happening. He canceled because he felt my husband being
