We were very impressed with the great customer service! Especially the "up to the appointment" msg reminder...Lupe, the service techician, arrived promptly as scheduled. He introduced himself and thoroughly explained what service/ maintenance he was going to perform. Upon completion, Lupe confirmed and again explained what he did. Technicians arrived on time, were very knowledgeable, and performed expert service maintenance on my Goettel unit, removed a swamp cooler from the roof, and arranged for haul-off. No mess left behind. I highly recommend A/C and Refrigeration. And you will love working with Mindy who is also friendly and honest, with no up-selling pressure, and who really knows her stuff.
