We were very impressed with the great customer service! Especially the "up to the appointment" msg reminder...Lupe, the service techician, arrived promptly as scheduled. He introduced himself and thoroughly explained what service/ maintenance he was going to perform. Upon completion, Lupe confirmed and again explained what he did.
