Brandon Brady assisted me with installing a new outlet. Was very professional and curious. Was honest with the install work and cost. Even went the extra mile and screwed back in the drywall into the studs for me to save some time on my patchwork! Daniel from Tucker Hill was just out to do annual maintenance on our 6 year old water heater. He was professional, friendly, and informative. He checked all the faucets and connections in the home and he made sure the recirculation pump was working properly. He drained and flushed the tank and checked the anode rod. He answered all of my questions and gave me some good tips for what we can do to keep things problem free. Daniel is very well trained as a plumber but also in customer service.
