I am blown away by the great service provided by SMW Refrigeration. We purchased a new unit and had it installed a few weeks ago. We noticed a rattling sound coming from our blower and called it in to be troubleshot. I was given a time slot of between 8 - 10 am. To my surprise the technician Jeff Pepin showed up at 8 am and completed the repair professionally and efficiently within 20 minutes. I cannot recommend SMW Refrigeration enough!

We had a great experience with this company two years ago in replacing our heat pump with a Trane. But now that our two year complimentary "club" membership is expiring, the person they sent out for the last service spent the vast majority of his time trying to sell us $2,200 worth of stuff. Although he has the title of technician, he obviously gets paid on commission. I will not ever use this company again because I wouldn't trust that they weren't selling things we didn't need. Very disappointing.

David Rodriquez From SMW Refrigeration and Heating made us aware of how old our AC unit was on a routine check. We decided we were working on borrowed time. This is not good in 115 heat. He packaged an amazing deal on a Trane 4 ton unit together with adding a needed house intake vent and it was done in a matter of a couple days. We absolutely love how quiet and even our AC is now. The house temperatures are even and we can’t even hear it go on and off. We also have a service contract with SMW and they have always been fair and speedy correcting issues on our old unit. Joe and his partner who installed the unit explained along the way what the unit would do. They were polite and fast and cleaned up!!! Thank you all.
