Accurate Air

I called this company on a Friday night. Needed a thermostat installed because the current one stopped working. Left a voicemail. Wasn’t expecting an answer since it was late. When I woke up, on Saturday I had a voicemail from Eddie. He was letting me know he could come in 30 minutes to do the installation. He was on time, was professional and respectful of my property. He was also able to finish the work well before I had to start work by 08:00 am. I would use this company if I need help with my A/C. Service: Installation

From the ease of making the appointment with the professional who I spoke to when I called and the previsit confirmation and advising that the technician was on his way made this an enjoyable experience. The technician was professionally and knowledgeable. Thankfully we didn't need to replace the unit, it needed a new part. Will definitely use them again. As alway Accurate Air is the best. Family owned and operated. They are always helpful. This last week my AC went down. I was in the hospital with heart problems, my two girls with special needs were home with the rest of the family. And even though they really were over booked they made time to go to my house to see what the problem was. Unfortunately it was the blower motor and had to be replaced they told me the same day, ordered the part and installed it two says later. Had it been some other company it would have been 5 day until someone came and inspected the AC just to see what was going on. I thank you guys all so much.
