Accurate Air

As alway Accurate Air is the best. Family owned and operated. They are always helpful. This last week my AC went down. I was in the hospital with heart problems, my two girls with special needs were home with the rest of the family. And even though they really were over booked they made time to go to my house to see what the problem was. Unfortunately it was the blower motor and had to be replaced they told me the same day, ordered the part and installed it two says later. Had it been some other company it would have been 5 day until someone came and inspected the AC just to see what was going on. I thank you guys all so much.

All 3 workers sent out were respectful, kind, professional and very knowledgeable. They were up-front about what was needed and why. The front desk followed through each time and was helpful and nice. We are extremely happy with the service and the company. We have 2 units. Accurate Air installed only 1 of them. We like them so much, we have them work on the unit they didn't install. They did amazing work. Thank you Accurate Air. From the ease of making the appointment with the professional who I spoke to when I called and the previsit confirmation and advising that the technician was on his way made this an enjoyable experience. The technician was professionally and knowledgeable. Thankfully we didn't need to replace the unit, it needed a new part. Will definitely use them again.
