I called this company after 5:00 pm on a Monday, after learning my ac had completely stopped working during the day. Right away, a tech was scheduled to arrive between 6 and 10 pm. He (Gage) arrived at 7, super friendly, super polite, super professional, knowledgeable and experienced. He listened to what had happened, asked questions, listened to the unit. He immediately knew what the problem was and jumped on the roof to check the unit. Within minutes he had confirmed the issue, had a resolution, went over everything with me in detail, making sure I understood and could see (he took pics!) what it was. Excellent tech, excellent company, excellent service ????

I found Wolfgang's online - they responded right away when I put an inquiry in. They were able to fix my whirlpool tub, which died 5 years ago. Also fixed a toilet mount and sink that wasn't working properly. The team was very prompt and did a great job! We will definitely use them again!!

I was extremely pleased at how quick I was able to be scheduled and when my AC stopped working on such a hot day. They came within an hour and a half and fix all of the issues on the AC unit. My technician was Todd he explained everything and was very polite and friendly.I appreciated his explanations of things and his hard work! I have the AC maintenance program and will be continuing to use that. This is a great company to use!
