We had found some unknown liquid which bubbled up through the grout lines in our one story home. ASAP was able to identify the potential problem (belly in the sewer line possibly causing a leak) after discounting that we had a leak in our supply line and flushing our sewer line and performing a camera inspection. Derek, Logan and Jeremy were assigned to repipe the section of the line that had the belly in it, up to the joint where the kitchen/laundry room line connected to the main sewer discharge line. This activity involved digging a trench in the middle of our main hallway, and included them creating a tunnel under a wall in order to expose the 45 degree joint leading to the main sewer line. Those three gentleman diligently worked to remove the tiles, cement slab, and dirt while limiting the mess in our home. After getting a new washer and dryer delivered at our new house, we found out they could not be installed due to the valves and pipes needing to be replaced. After calling ASAP Plumbing, Jordan and Nina arrived within an hour to do the replacement. They fixed everything very quickly and answered any questions that we had. They even replaced the dry wall after so that we did not have to worry about fixing it before we installed the new washer and dryer.
