Terence came out to clean the drain in my bathroom shower. The drain was extremely clogged causing water to back up into/onto my shower floor. It took Terence quite a while to get his equipment to cut through the clog, but he was patient and diligent, even when it appeared that I may have a larger issue with the pipe structure... and he would not leave until he completely solved my issue. I paid more than I expected, but it was well worth it for the peace of mind Terence was able to provide me with his excellent workmanship and professionalism. Had a kitchen sink clog and called a different company first and they mentioned someone could come next week which was a no-go, I then called roto-rooter and was able to have someone come within 30 minutes!
