Guy and Ronnie did a maintenance and service check on my two a/c units today. They gave advanced notice that they were on their way and arrived on time. They were very pleasant and professional, took care of the units and they are running perfectly now. I highly recommend them both. Needed some cleaning and work done fast in order to get AC working. Mario was on time, very professional, very knowledgeable, respectful, kind, courteous, and answered all my questions about my current unit. Excellent customer service! Initial purchase of Trane 2 stage heat pump cancelled and replaced with Lennox as Trane could not be delivered within acceptable time frame. Portable a/c delivered to provide temporary cooling of home during two week interval between initial contact and final installation. Service was responsive and installation went smoothly. All technicians were polite and professional. Timely notification of and photo of techs arriving at job site. Very satisfied with Brewers whom I’ve used for last 30+ years. Thank you.
