Justin, from aspire contracting came out did a free roof inspection on my home. He informed me of storm damage on my roof was able to navigate me through the insurance process and got my whole roof replaced by insurance. Back in May we were referred to Aspire through a solar panel company that we planned on using, we gave them a call and Justin was sent out. He was very pleasant and gave us a quote and even spoke and met with our insurance company for the assessment of the roof, to my surprise he even came over afterwards and broke more tiles on my roof ???????????? Justin was dealing with our insurance company then I stopped hearing from him, he finally answered my call the 1st week of July and he tells me he no longer works for the company. I have been calling the company now for 3 weeks and NO ONE has returned or answered my call. Now I am left with a extremely damaged roof and an open claim with my insurance company.
