What a great company from start to finish! Our air went out at our office, and they came to try to fix it. It was a very old unit so just time to replace it. Called the dispatch when my a/c went out in the middle of the Phoenix record heat wave. They got me an appointment the next da. The tech arrived 30 min early, clean and happy to help. Within 15 min was up on the roof, and found the source of the problem. Another 10 minutes and it was fixed. Surprisingly he said it was all covered under our a/c warranty and they would deal with all the paperwork. It was a great experience and I’m really happy with their work and the tech.
