Paul from Collins Comfort was hands down the best AC tech I’ve worked with. He gave me plenty of notice of his arrival, showed up on time and had the issue (bad fan motor) diagnosed within seconds. He quickly went to the manufacturer to get a replacement and had me up and running shortly after coming back with the part. Collins Comfort were very professional helping me to understand everything that they were going to do, why it needed to be done, and giving me the confidence that they would be doing exactly what was needed and not just looking for a quick buck. Out of the 4 quotes I received, Collins Comfort providee the most service for very similar price and a much better system. After the job was completed, they cleaned up, and followed upa week later to ensure air balance was correct. I've been in this house for 4 years and only now the rooms feel very similar in temperature. Services: Installation, Install AC, Thermostat installation
