Schiller recently installed a new air conditioning unit in our attached casita. Did a wonderful job and at a reasonable price. They are always prompt and very professional in their work. We also had them out to do maintenance on our dual zone, air conditioning and air handlers. They identified some problems and repaired them. They also advised us to contact Trane and inquire about the warranty on one of our units that is having some major issues. Long time customer of Schiller here. AC made a horrible sound and wouldn't start after what turned out to be a power grid fluctuation. Even though late in the afternoon, Marissa had Brandon come over and he did a diagnostic to see what was wrong and it turned out to only need a breaker reset which apparently others in the neighborhood experienced as well. My father is elderly and bedridden so if was a relief to be up and running again. Brandon, the technician, is super nice, polite, thoroughly knowledgeable and just a pleasure to have around.
