Schiller recently installed a new air conditioning unit in our attached casita. Did a wonderful job and at a reasonable price. They are always prompt and very professional in their work. We also had them out to do maintenance on our dual zone, air conditioning and air handlers. They identified some problems and repaired them. They also advised us to contact Trane and inquire about the warranty on one of our units that is having some major issues. I first contacted Schiller air when I bought my condo two years ago to have an inspection done which they did a fantastic job. They added refrigerant, told me it was cooling fine, and had been running fine for a good solid two years. Recently I was notified by my Nest app that my cooling had slowed down and was concerned that the unit had finally given up the ghost, but the professionals at Schiller air came out promptly identified the problem, said we just needed to add more refrigerant and monitor every year and you were good to go. Wonderful customer service quick to respond, texted me a picture of the tech that was coming, amazing! So great to see companies that still have exceptional customer service in today’s world.
