AC tech seemed to be in over his head. system only ran a few days after he left. had to call back for further service. after his next visit, he declared a few things it could be, and then wrote his report claiming a previous somebody had caused the damage which is totally untrue. His false claim resulted in the warranty company declining the claim...so they were not going to fix it. Seems like I've been taken, deceived and lied to. Not professional at all. When he left my house he stated " well its running, but its going to break again, they'll have to send out another tech. Never heard from Just Better again on the issue. I think they Just Better get more skilled techs. and Just Better give better service. I'll be appealing the matter.
