Five Guys Roofing

My house has a flat roof, and I needed quick, but not urgent repairs done. I contacted 5 Guys Roofing, and they've been awesome. They performed the repairs and well under what I expected roof repairs to cost. 5 Guys Roofing will be my go-to roof maintenance and repair company for the foreseeable future.

My realtor, Cory McDonald with Platinum Living - Studebaker Group in Scottsdale recommended that I have a separate roof inspection done as part of my home inspection process. I am glad I did, they found several critical things in addition to the basic home inspection and provided us a quote for the repairs. We were able to have this handled as part of the transaction and I am very confident that I do not have to be concerned about my roof for a long time. I will have 5 Guys Roofing out in about 5 years to perform another inspection. Their report included photos and a detailed scope of work. Tanner at Five Guys came to look at our roof and gave us a detailed quote within the timeframe he promised. He was professional and kind. He brought over samples of the shingles that we were interested in so that we could see what they would look like next to our house paint color, etc. When we picked out our favorite and there were issues getting that shingle, Tanner and Armando worked together to help us find a different shingle that looked the most like the one we wanted. The team showed up when promised, and the work was finished in the projected amount of time. We are very happy with the results. And the price was right. Thank you, Five Guys!
