Richard is always professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. He gives you updates about the status of your system so you can prepare for bigger repairs if needed. The courtesy calls and texts are much appreciated, and I trust that Richard will not try to sell me something I do not need. Have had issues with this company when it comes to them showing up for appointments. Contacted them on several occasions with no resolution. Paid $225 for the comfort club service, and has been a nightmare. Made an appointment over 2 month back, because they said they had no openings till May 31st. Had the phone records that has the date of the call, and immediately put a reminder on it. When they didn't show, they claimed to have no appointment set. They told me they would contact me which they never did. The service of this company has definitely diminished over the years. Update: Talked to the GM, and was very kind and gave me the customer service that this company had from the beginning. Just wish all of his employee's learned from his example.
