Shane was awesome! He took the time to explain the whole process to me with drawings and pictures of my unit. He was upfront about the severity (or lack thereof) for each issue so that I coukd make informed decisions. I felt respected rather than like he was just trying to sell me something. (He even took time to help the dogs acclimate to him so that I wouldn't have to lock them up while he worked.) What a refreshing change of pace to deal with a local, family owned business- honest, kind, and trustworthy!
Our AC stopped working, and Mathew Z was the tech that came out to help us. He was awesome! He's knowledgeable and patient; he made sure to explain how the system works and what was going wrong. He was very professional and kind. It was easy to tell he had a great work ethic! He got us up and running again. Thank you Matt!
