Overpriced for sure. Be careful. The quote they give you does not include any wood. $7300.00 for a 650 sqf guesthouse was 2k more than the other estimates. Also, was not impressed with Ryan R., their sales rep. When he came out to give me an estimate, he did not go inside the guesthouse to look at my ceiling. My guesthouse does not have an attic, which means you can't use the standard roofing nails. The roofers nails were going right through the ceiling and the drywall off the ceiling was crumbling down. They were lucky I was in the guesthouse at the time. It could have been much different had I not been in there. They said there was nothing they could do about the drywall that came off my ceiling. That was a fail on their part. Ryan also advised me to get my mini split installed on roof first before I get my new roof. Though the work that they completed at the time was fine, it was the aftermath that was not acceptable. We have found numerous large nails on our property. Let me rephrase this, our children have found numerous large nails on our property that were missed. In addition to that, the bird proofing equipment that had protected our roof for years was removed and then placed back ineffectively. Because the equipment had been put back incorrectly, we have had numerous birds make homes in our roof as a result. Furthermore, the equipment that was purchased to keep birds off of our roof has been falling off due to their ineffective placement once the roof was redone. When we informed them of this issue they stated that this is not something that they fix, even though they had removed it in the first place. Now our roof has damage and they will not fix it.
