We needed quite a bit of work, we called several companies. United became our choice. They weren't the cheapest, but they won over our confidence. Their work exceeded our expectations. Very professional, always answering all of my questions. This was not a quick process due to permits, and TEP scheduling. The office staff and I have been in regular contact for about 6 months up to completion. I have more work to be done, and will definitely be using them again. The woman who scheduled my service appointment was intelligent and efficient, the electrician they sent out, Ryan, was really good--careful, deliberate and did a good job of removing a pendant light from the ceiling. It took me a few days to find the odd-sized replacement light bulb I needed before the light could be re-installed. Then I called them back to finish the job but they did not respond to my two phone calls requesting a return appointment. Not good. Service: Light fixture installation
