City Heating and Cooling LLC

After a storm our AC system quit blowing air out of the vents. I called the company that had installed it and serviced it for my grandparents for years... they were really hard to get a hold of, multiple tries and hours later I finally spoke to someone. They said they couldn't come out for 5 days. Called around to multiple companies and the ones that I did reach all couldn't come out for a few days at least. When I called City Heating and Cooling, Tonya answered the phone very quickly and was extremely helpful and very polite and kind. I felt like she spoke to me like I was a friend, not just another person on their busy list. She had someone out that day to take a look and diagnose the problem. They looked into parts for the 20+ year old unit we had and gave us all the options we had. They got us a new unit when we decided on that route and installed it as quickly as they could so that our family could come back home and be comfortable again. A+++++++++++ recommendation!!! Total unit replacement which has stood up to the test of winter and one of the worst summers in 34 years I've ever lived through in Tucson so far with flying colors. I have full confidence in the unit. Tanya and Chris run a fantastic family business. They not only provide quality but are personable and trustworthy. When my unit died I was an unemployed single female who just lost an immediate family member with little support from anyone. Needless to say it was very bad timing for my unit to fail. They responded promptly through my home warranty and found and fixed issues another company didn't catch during a routine checkup earlier that year. Everything was written up and fixed in the proper way and covered under the warranty. We discussed pricing prior to knowing for sure whether the warranty would cover it and they were competitive and I would have gone with them regardless. HUGE SHOUT OUT TO CITY Jeating and Cooling LLC! The quotes I received where ALL that I needed a new ac unit. My so called home warranty co is a joke.
