Signature Heating And Cooling

I had given 5 stars in the beginning because Brandon worked fast to get my unit installed and was so nice. Now I'm just disappointed. They installed my unit wrong and it took multiple times coming out for them to know how to fix it. Plus Brandon assured me that I would save money on my electric bill, however since it was installed in mid April to now end of June my electric bill has gone up over a hundred a month. My unit makes weird noises and hisses when it comes on and shuts off. I wish I could just go back on time

I have nothing but positive things to say about Signature Heating and Cooling. We've had a maintenance contract with them for the past 4 years. They keep the equipment in great shape. They are always professional, friendly, punctual and most importantly, honest. Highly recommend. The experience and professionalism we had with Signature Heating and cooling was amazing. They are a local company and they really care about having a good relationship with their customers. Even though they are really busy with this hot summer season, they made it a priority to come out and help us. They were able to come in the very next day and help us with our AC issues.
