I had Stuart come to my condo and take a look at my air conditioning as it went out in the early afternoon. I can't believe how quickly he was able to come in this heat. He took lots of pictures and explained all the various options. He didn't try to push or hard sell anything. I have chosen to replace my air conditioner and feel very secure in my choice of Cool Willy's. Services: HVAC system repair, Install AC
Stuart was early and went straight to work. He let me see he was doing step by step,checking all aspects of the AIRCON. He also was so friendly and awesome personality giving me tips on to maintain outside of unit. I will recommend that he does other people's units. If I could I would give him 10 STARS. His service van was in awesome condition, everything in it's place.
We walked into our home, after being away to a 91° home. I called Cool Willy's just after 8 am and I was told that a tech would be out in a few hours! ???? shortly before noon, Stuart arrived. He was professional, friendly, efficient & VERY thorough. When his device told him things that didn't make sense, he called the office. When they weren't able to help, Stuart called the manufacturer of the AC!!! ???? He fixed the unit, gave us tips to prevent future issues, & even told us what to do to prepare the unit & area for a home inspection!???????????? He was so friendly and so efficient!! We are so impressed!! We would not hesitate to call again!!
