Our technician, Levi, did an outstanding job of servicing our HVAC unit and replaced the broken parts. He is very professional, sought the best pricing for us, very efficient and a wonderful personality. We have used this company since 2009 when they were Williamson Heating and Cooling and now under new ownership (purchased by an employee) the service and reliability are just as great. Nick was excellent! I am so happy that he was the one chosen to come to our home. I am a former enthusiastic customer of Williamson’s, but I am still getting used to the staff at Cool Willy‘s, the company that purchased Williamson’s and installed our new HVAC earlier this year. Nick has exceptional knowledge and skills, he was very thorough and he seems to have fixed our problem easily. I am very satisfied with his work. Excellent price on a 2 & 4 Ton American Standard, two-stage system. Kelly, the sales woman and Jesse the site manager did a phenomenal job going over all the features and reviewing my home for installation. Kevin and Josh did an outstanding job on the removal and reinstallation of the new system. They were very knowledgeable and professional, and did a great job in a short amount of time. Wally, the service technician, did a phenomenal job finding a minor quirk with the existing thermostat wiring after system was installed. He took the extra time to redo splicing of wire for the thermostats to ensure everything was operating correctly. System is performing outstandingly!
