I was having problems with the house not cooling down. I called Cool Willy's and they sent Brian out on the same day to check the 4 yr old cooler out. Brian checked everything and found that the special cooling filters needed to be replaced. He replaced the filters and explained everything to me. He was very friendly, professional and I am grateful for his help. Kudos Brian!
I had Stuart come to my condo and take a look at my air conditioning as it went out in the early afternoon. I can't believe how quickly he was able to come in this heat. He took lots of pictures and explained all the various options. He didn't try to push or hard sell anything. Nick was excellent! I am so happy that he was the one chosen to come to our home.
