Roofsavers Locke Roofing

We used Roofsavers several years ago. They did a good job. We had further issues and they quoted the fix 6 months ago. We couldn't afford to do it then but subsequently asked to schedule the repair this April 2023. They came back with a 40% increase stating cost of gas. Of course the price of gas has gone down over the last 6 months. I tried multiple times to contact Jose who never called me back. Joe Locke (the owner, I think) finally called me back and said that material and labor have increased so they couldn't do anything for me. I get that. But inflation is 6-7%. I actually use Roofsaver for my business. I said I need to investigate alternatives. "Good luck" was the response. What galls me is the complete disinterest in satisfying existing customers. It is obvious that they don't care.

We had some wind damage that caused water to leak down to the patio overhang. We got scheduled for late July. I called and said if an opening occurred I'd certainly welcome them early . Sure enough I got a call last week and the work got done before the monsoons kicked in. This is the third time we have used Roofsavers in the last 25 years.
