Advanced Heating & Air

Advanced installed a Eubanks Wall Mount A/c unit at my transmitter site 4 years ago and it has been running 24/7 since. Last week it lost it's Freon charge. They were able to make it out after hours to do a temporary repair on a Friday. Then returned Monday to do a permanent repair. Great fast work especially considering the season, early summer.

Workers are efficient, they do their job and are friendly. The dispatcher/ “CEO” Angela, on the other hand is the worst person for the job. No consideration for customers time and is very rude. She never called to tell us our appointment was rescheduled and argued with my husband when he called her about it. She had such a hard time confirming a separate appointment she didn't confirm until the night before the appointment. I HAD to deal with the company as a tenant but when I own a home I will not be using this company due to the dispatch lady.

Very nice an knowledgeable! We had to relocate replace and relocate and AC from the ground to the roof (i did not know that we could do this). Dennis and Manny were awesome and very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure the system was set up correctlywith our Nest. Angela was friendly and very helpful, professional and had some great stories about her chickens ????????????
