Tech seemed like he just wanted to get a commission off of selling me a new A/C system instead of addressing the actual problem. Literally was trying to get me to fill out a credit app before looking at my system! Sorry, just lost a new customer. Try doing what you are being paid for and not be a Salesman!!!
Nate was amazing and professional. He did a very thorough inspection on my AC unit. During our appt he went above and beyond any other company I have had service my unit by explaining the issue ( in terms I could understand and it made sense) and gave me several options to chose from. Highly recommend Dynamic Comfort for all you HVAC system needs.
If I could truly give them zero stars I would. The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. The girl who answers the phone Megan is rude and literally would not answer my calls, so I had block my number to get her to answer! Sales guy up sold us, unit too big for my house, took way too long for the install to happen was told by the technician they would be back in the morning, no call no show until 1:30 in the afternoon, after I called multiple times my husband called and Megan said we gave you a portable didn’t we!?!? So not the point in addition to all of this it took one month for the entire project to be completed. Called again about the filter issue and asked to speak to the owner. Guess what absolutely no communication from the owner, the one time a month ago when he did call me back when they didn’t show up like they were supposed to, he told me they were busy, again how is that my problem when you half installed my AC unit and it was 112 degrees outside.
