I had the pleasure of working with Nate. He took the time to explain the history of the company (yeah a bit boring but nice to know) as well as the company's standing within the business community. He then went up and took a look over the unit that had not been touched in about eight years, When he came back down he took the time to explain what was going on with the unit, the good, the bad and the expensive! We discussed the best approach for the immediate remediation of most the issues. Took about two hours for him to take care of everything and the end cost was offset by purchasing a maintenance plan with them. So I am sure I will be seeing Nate again come the fall or spring.
