I could not ask for a better experience, start-to-finish. My air conditioning stopped working on a 105-degree day, and I expected to wait a seriously long time for an appointment - but much to my surprise, I was told there was someone in my area, who would call me as soon as he was done with another job. Sure enough, an hour later I got a call from Milo. What can I say about this guy? He is super friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He wasted no time in diagnosing the problem and giving me an estimate. I have an old AC system, and was sure I would be looking at a costly full replacement - or worse -a technician that TOLD me I need a replacement, even if I don't. But once again, I was pleasantly surprised. Milo didn't try to sell me on a new system, but found a way to fix what I have. He even drew a picture of the inside of my AC to show me how it works and what the bad part does. He had to order the part, which would arrive the next day - but did a temporary fix so I had s
