It took a while to have the time to do the repairs after the backlog from the. Monsoons. But they did excellent work finding a leak that a previous roofer did not see. Professional and fairly priced.
I have an old flat roof that had not been maintained properly in several years. All of the electrical, AC, plumbing and cable is all on the roof so it’s not easy to do anything. The crew powerwashed, dried, repaired skylights, re-leveled, relocated a drain spout and sealed the roof. The crew did excellent work and were very courteous while working.
