Airwest Air Conditioning and Heating

I had my old HVAC replaced yesterday. I love it!!!! these guys were amazing, customer support at its best. The actual HVAC is so quite! I live in a condo and my main concern was the noise. It is perfect. I am sooo happy! Airwest is a family owned business that really take care about customers and the quality of their work. I really want to thanks David, the owner, for his services and for reminding me that they are still businesses out there that care. Service: Install AC

Even giving Airwest one star is too many. First let me start by saying after spending about 10, 000 dollars on central air, you would think I would have a cool home during the warm weather.....WRONG!! The only room that gets cool is the living room....this is what 10 thousand dollars gets you with this company!! Then they didn't finish my insulation in my attic....that was a mission to get someone out to finish. This week my husband called for a service regarding the system not cooling. Well the day of our appointment, I took off work so we could have our system worked on and we get a call 10 minutes before our scheduled appointment that they have to cancel because they have a commercial account that needs their immediate attention. So basically their commercial accounts are high priority and screw the residential accounts. Take your business elsewhere, worse decision I ever made was hiring these clowns.

They reached out to me after receiving my info on home advisor and had left a message. I then followed up and called the after hours phone number and left a message but I got no response the entire day. Guess the job wasn’t worth getting. I originally gave 1 star, but decided to change it to 2. I’m huge on customer service and treating my own clients as if they were friends and family. But to call someone and then not returning my call (I called same day, 20 minutes later) for an entire day gave me that “I just want to make commission off you” type of feel. So my review is based off that alone and not their services.
