Alps Air Conditioning and Heating came today to do maintenance. Nate went above and beyond to make sure that everything was in great shape. Ever since Alps Air has repaired and serviced our units they have worked great! We are so grateful to have them taking care of our home heating and air. Although now 6 yrs after install, and currently trying to diagnose intermittent furnace/ thermostat issue with Alps, I'm still happy with my bi-annual services and my new tech Alfredo. My new technical issue has nothing to do with the installation or the great service I've received over the years. Original review below....... About 5 years ago, I had my whole HVAC system replaced (including ducts) by Alps. Since then I have been on a bi-annual service contract and have been more than satisfied with the service I've received. Luckily there have been no real issues once everything was dialed in. Joey was my first point of contact in purchasing my system and I can't speak highly enough of him. My service tech for the last couple of years has been Alex, and the same goes for him.
