I booked an appointment to get my systems serviced, the technician sent to my home was Santiago M. He was very professional, respectful, and friendly! He assessed my equipment very thoroughly and provided me with several options on how to move forward. I decided to move forward with the replacement since my systems were old and in poor condition with several concerns. Rick, his supervisor was the one who helped us start the project and get it installed. We found Home Comfort through a representative we spoke with at Home Depot. This company is the approved company for Home Depot and was offering an AC tuneup/inspection for $59, which we felt was a good value. We had Home Comfort come out for the AC tuneup and inspection. Scott came out and was very professional. He explained things to us as he worked and showed us how the unit was performing as compared to the manufacturer specs. We had some minor issues but overall the unit was in good shape. We would recommend this company and this technician and would use them again in the future. Service: HVAC system maintenance

The team did a great job with being transparent about my different options and the work they would be accomplishing.
