I booked an appointment to get my systems serviced, the technician sent to my home was Santiago M. He was very professional, respectful, and friendly! He assessed my equipment very thoroughly and provided me with several options on how to move forward. I decided to move forward with the replacement since my systems were old and in poor condition with several concerns. Rick, his supervisor was the one who helped us start the project and get it installed. Victor was our technician. He did a thorough inspection and diagnostic and was able to answer all of our questions. He was helpful in describing how our HVAC worked and is very detailed in his work. He was able to get straight to the point and outline all of his concerns as well as services and options. Definitely a good experience.
