In a few short years as a homeowner, I have worked with all types of contractors for major system work -- plumbers, electricians, painters, handymen, etc. Some were bad, some were good, most were OK (and a few were enormous jerks). We had air conditioning installed less than 8 years ago. At first we were very pleased. However, we have had to replace Freon 5 times at great expense to us. Lindseys said there was a leak but could never could find it. We recently contacted another company who did find the leak. We must have been sold a defective system.
