Our experience with Western Rooter & Plumbing was very positive. They replaced our main line and throughout the whole very extensive repair process (permits, digging, asphalt—oh, my!) they were tidy, professional, friendly and patient with any questions we had. Thank you, Western Rooter & Plumbing.
We needed HydroJet of our main line as well as replacement of under kitchen sink old pipes and snaking of kitchen line due to grease build up which had clogged. Arnold and Jordan were the plumbers on this job and were fantastic! Explained everything, showed me the process, were professional and polite. Great experience. Arnold called prior to arrival, letting us know when he would be here. I had a plugged side yard drain. We discussed 3 different methods of clean out, and I picked the 2nd most rigorous.
