We needed HydroJet of our main line as well as replacement of under kitchen sink old pipes and snaking of kitchen line due to grease build up which had clogged. Arnold and Jordan were the plumbers on this job and were fantastic! Explained everything, showed me the process, were professional and polite. Great experience. We needed our old 1920's sewer main descaled, and took a few bids. Western wasn't the cheapest, but also not the most expensive. They were very helpful in explaining what they were doing, provided a video of the descaled pipe, and were very respectful of the property.
