Our hot water pipe in our slab burst. Several plumbing companies were contacted..High Speed was the one that came through in a pinch, they truly treated our emergency of no hot water like the emergency it was.. Rene and Chris came to our rescue and handled business. Two days later, water back on, reroute of pipes all done. Thank you High Speed, where others failed you came through..and at a fair rate
I initially sent out an email asking if I can schedule an appointment, which went unanswered for about 2 days. Then I decided to call them, and things moved extremely fast. I called at around 8am and they scheduled me for same day at 10am. The guy arrived on time and fixed my clogged shower in less than 30 minute. So I guess, call them instead of sending an email? In general though, amazing service
My service tech was Yovanne who was prompt, courteous and quite an expert. He kept me informed and made very good suggestions. He is truly an asset to this company. I will definitely refer this company in the future. Services: Toilet repair, Drain cleaning, Sewer cleaning, Water tank repair
